Weather: Cool at first, very humid by end

Comments:
Quick warmup then hit the out and back mile on PBT behind the view. Tried to go out faster today and keep a steady, quicker pace instead of plodding along on way out and crushing the last half mile. Did that and felt good, hit a little wall about 800m out by dug in and went. Obviously not sprinting here but it felt good to run at an upbeat pace throughout. 8:26,8:04
