Toughest one yet. Really pushed myself throughout. Had to refocus on a few of them because her reps were so long. Realized that it's better to just walk normally on my Achilles than to limp on it. It stretches it out more. Got some new stretches from my chiropractor as he beat up my calves today but it was good. He thought it was mostly glute and quad tightness causing the injury.
