Weather: Humid but didn't seem as hot

Comments:
Wanted to just get a relaxed 2 in this morning. Felt good starting off, can feel the improvements (albeit very small) already from 3 weeks ago so that is a plus. Just tried to keep a clear head today and not worry about pace or anything like that. Points of weakness here and there but was able to finish strong. 2.05-2.1 not exactly sure and need to double check the time when I get home.

Tomorrow I'll just do a mile or so after work very slow + some strides to get ready for this week's "long run" Saturday morning (5 miles lol). Gonna get up early, actually get some breakfast and hydrate, then really try to see what I can do on the old 5 mile route in Parkville. Excited!
