Probably the best Threshold workout that I've done. Felt like a really good threshold and I hit my times with consistency and all with only 1 minute rest. I was supposed to hit 5:38 but it ended up at right around 5:30 which felt good. Overall a great pre-workout to my first race on Saturday.
