Good sunday morning run. Was lazy this week with distractions from trobby and his frat bros...lot of partying this week not much running lol. Anyways drove up to the baseball fields and ran 1 lap + 2 160's as a warmup then the box loop twice for 2.15 miles. Felt good doing it, purposely tried to keep it at race pace not just sprinting because I was tired. Similar cool down as warmup-felt strong on the sprints.
9:32 first loop-9:12 second and that felt controlled.
