Dog park

Most I've done in a good amount of time but I'm still just building up. Today I did more than the team for a change so I went out with the guys and when they turned back at the Marina I kept going into Dog Park. Couldn't do the full loop be cause a flock of geese was chasing me down at one point when I got to close. About mid way through into dog park my IT felt a little pain so I stretched it out. I was going fairly easy at the time and thought about how if you go faster it loosens it up more. I picked up the pace and it started to feel fairly good. So I just kept that pace for the last 4.5 miles. Not gonna lie I was going really fast. Maybe a little too fast. But at the end of the day I had to pick between keeping it easy and having to stop and stretch all the time because their was pain in my IT. Or going pretty fast and being more pain free so I went with the second option. Came back and did abs and stretching.
