Not gonna lie. My IT did not feel great today. I was aiming to only get a little mileage in so it was good that today it was hurting. I guess I just didn't have much recovery from yesterday to today. Anyways I started with the team as they were doing a burdick. But kept going past Remington into Stewart then did a normal light house. Since the IT was hurting I had to stop and stretch two or three times during the run. It sucked but it helped me get through the run and at least get the mileage in. I was aiming for 5 but had to cut it short because how I felt. Finished with abs and stretching by myself. Saw the crazy 10k on tv. All sorts of national records. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Did all off my IT excercises at home. A lot of it works on strengthening my hips which will be a good thing for me. So I'm pretty much forced to do hips every night.
