I only recorded time for the tempo/hill climb section. Problem, I remember the last second place but not the rest. I'm almost certain that they were around either 1:01 or 1:11. So, that would change my times for the last time from 00:55 to 1:05.

Any way, good work out, felt strong and confident throughout. I think this kind of practice will really help me race better this season. Today also reminded my that I need to be confident and bold in races if I want to do well this year.
