Comments:
(This is my fourth time writing this workout; screw you running log) I felt pretty strong during this workout. The first three reps I could feel a change from tempo to race to recovery, and I was working hard. The fifth rep I let the bois get a way from me a bit, and I didn't transition well. I also worked on looking ahead and standing up straight. Overall I felt good. (I did five reps, runners log only allows me to show 4)
