Another missed day of practice :(. I felt better in the evening, but my body didn't feel up to the workout, so I decided to just take my new shoes, which arrived today, out for a short run. I really like them so far, I see why NB calls them "Fresh Foam" because they are very comfortable and smooth while running. Mentally, I was prepared to do the workout. I'll make sure to get it in tomorrow, assuming I feel better. I mapped out a 1km loop around a hilly field behind my house.
