Comments:
About a 3.5 mile warm-up and then 8 x 400ish on Mayfield Hill. Good workout and definitely was pushing a lot on most. Legs did not feel as peppy as they did for the hills last week but still a good workout. After 8 of the hills, went to the cemetery for 2 x 2 minute intervals.

Cool down up mayfield to coventry then down overlook home.

Stretch, roll, strength.
