Weather: 80s and hot without terrible humidity

Comments:
Felt sluggish from the start, but headed out after the team on the Satellite loop. Doubled back numerous times with various groups including twice up the full hill from Broad Branch to Fesenden. First time I was pushing somewhat with a strong group. The second time I was all alone after having not found the final group who was lost. I did loosen up somewhat, but the achy knees, and heavy legs, and heat, and labored everything took away from much of the pleasure.
