Weather: rising through the 70s and cloudy until the last two races

Comments:
Jogged and walked most of the full course for warm-ups. Varied where I cheered throughout the day, but probably ran about .75-1.25 miles per race. Never felt trashed, but I felt like it was a good day's work. chaffing
