I got my time today for yesterday's meet. 22:38 is good for me, though I should probably stop comparing my times to the 21:20 at the Andris 5k.
Did a warmup, then some upper body lifting, plus hip pulleys. Then went out on the Black Diamond Trail with the JV squad. On the warmup, I felt pretty tired from yesterday, but I felt great on the run. I lead the whole pack for almost the entire run, which was a first, after being behind for the first half mile or mile. I know this was an easier pace, but once we hit the Black Diamond Trail, the pace picked up. Got back, did drills, strides, and some stretching while eating apples left over from yesterday's meet.
