So I missed the meet yesterday because I slept through my alarm clock and my phone. I went to sleep at 10, but was so tired that I didn't wake up. I had been waking up to both alarms earlier in the week, so I'm surprised that this happened. I also wasn't feeling great later in the day so I was not able to get in a run/workout. I thought about it today, but then remembered how I've been feeling tired towards the end of the week lately. So I didn't try to push myself today because I wouldn't have a rest day tomorrow, and then I'd have 7 straight days of running/workouts, which could make me feel sorta tired for McQuaid, which I'd really like to do well in. Like people have already said in their logs, more isn't always better. Anyway, took my dog out for a short run up Westhaven, and down through the EcoVillage Rec Way, and back down Coy Glen.
