Wasn't feel very confident at all for the workout. Achilles was hurting all night. Surprisingly, at least to me, Gym class helped my Achilles out a lot. After Gym, my Achilles fluctuated between tight/uncomfortable and lose/comfortable.

Did the warm up with the other gimps on the guys team, Simon and Silas. Simon and I were not feeling to great for the workout. Achilles started out feeling fine but quickly worsened. Though I was not confident in my body, I decided to try one and see if I can do more. Ended up doing all 6 reps. My Achilles would start out fine with each rep, and go to sore by the end of the rep. I didn't hurt, which was good, but it was definitely sore. Rolled my calfs and Iced my Achilles afterward.

Coach B summed it up nicely, "You had to run Brave today."
