Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran flat with varsity today to avoid aggravation of my Achilles. We started out at a decent pace, but in the end we were flying. My Achilles was feeling great for the first 4 miles, after that it felt a little sore. I guess its similar to yesterdays workout.
