Weather: Pleasantly cool and wet, some rain 60ish
Comments:
7 races. At least 1.5 miles per race. Also ran about 2.5 of the warm up. Seven times up the hill behind the start. Never felt fully drained. Paused for a bite before the final two races which helped. Team was impressive. Feet were very sore.
