Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got our normal warmup in before lifting. This time I added a good amount of weight to my squat from 95 lbs to 155 lbs. it didn't feel any harder to me, and I wasn't sore during the run but I know I will be soon. The run was a good one except for the crazy amount of bugs. I on the way over I swallowed 3 bugs. I was so pissed that I didn't talk for a good amount of the run because I didn't want another bug to go in my mouth. It was good to have Liam on the run. We got a nice view of Ithaca from the top of IC then headed down. I ran into a spiderweb and was pissed again on the way back. Just not my day. Silas got a little mad on the way back when some of the guys were joking about him pushing the pace. If I were him I wouldn't even listen to them. I just block out most of what they say.
