Coaching 3rd Battle... a need for pie

Weather: a little warm rising through the 70s

Comments:
Woke up with a bad sore throat and feeling weak. Took two Advil and tried to pretend that hadn't happened. Made it through the meet with lots of lethargic running and cheering. So wiped out at night and low fever lingered into Sunday night with varying degrees of intensity. Rested Sunday and Monday from running. 6 races with maybe 2/3 of a mile run for each. Only about a mile of warm-up at most. Cut my shoelace instead of a vine and stopped the buses to buy 12 pies.
