Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A.M 5 miles easy at 8.30 A.M in dangan
P.M Workout : 4 x 1 mile off 60 seconds, average 4.54. Didnt't push, just ran relaxed and controlled which was the goal of the workout. Finally learning that it doesn't have to be a painful workout to be beneficial. Walked off the track feeling as if I could of done the entire workout again. Another strength builder.
