Comments:
Figured I'd get out for a short run just to get my legs moving, which is good the day after a race. Ran around the hilly field behind my house then on the road a bit. My ankle was pretty sore yesterday after the meet, but felt fine today, so no worries there.
Update: Did 30 push-ups later.
