Seneca Creek State Park

November 1, 2016 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: grey, 50s, minimal breeze, but not enough to loose the leaves

Comments:
Drove Lew to her first day of her new job. Found my way to Senca Creek State Park and parked. Got on a trail near the entrance and took it down along the creek and past the lake. Doubled back after a half mile and then looped 3/4 of the lake and finished by getting back up to the car. It was a rather slow and tedious pace (early mile splits were around 8:20). I only caught two leaves (37 for the season) as most weren't falling. A very pleasant place to run and good color on the trees, but it would have been nice to feel fresher or to have had some sun and LEAVES.
