2nd day of training. ran by myself. 3* 10 minute intreval at an easy pace (10 min mile)w/ 2 minutes rest between. Felt soreness in shins during last intreval. not sure i ran a mile the last intreval. went from house to silsby to s. belveour to washington back to house
