Weather: Cool, Clear, and a little windy
Comments:
Ran non-stop for the entire run - felt tired after mile 1 then got into the groove and started feeling better. Knee was a little sore but felt better after mile 2. Stretched after the run at the gym and worked abs with 100 sit ups.
