2 x 20 overhead dumbbell press (12.5 lbs. each arm)
20 bicep curls (both arms with 12.5 lbs. at the same time)
1 minute running arms (2 lbs. each arm)
40 leg lifts
60 crunches
120 total cherry-pickers
Also some calf raises
And some stretching
