Comments:
Drove to Panush's house, held his baby, and ran with him and his dog through upper Rock Creek trails. Pace was relaxed and I felt tight and like it was just what I needed, even though in years past I would have been holding back. Can't say it felt good, but at least I'm getting consistent training. Had a nice Eve with the family at Zoolights and with board games, Raclette, hot stone, and choc fondue.
