Jump roping

Comments:
Decided to do some jump roping as cross-training today. I left school because I wasn't feeling well, and didn't think going out for a long run was a good idea. Even though it was only five minutes, I got my breathing quicker and my heart rate up. The rope hit my barefoot toes a couple times; that was painful. I then did some lifting and abs.

I might run the first FLRC Winter Chill 5k on Sunday.
