Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 22 and a few light flurries in the final minutes
Comments:
Abe Doroshow ran 7min to pick me up at my house at 7:15am. We ran along the path to Dorsett to Crescent to River with a brief pause at Roy Rogers and returned along the reverse route. About three minutes in, we started 12 one minute pick-ups giving ourselves 45 seconds of recovery between each. There was a longer pause of several minutes at the halfway mark. The workout was designed by Riz and perfectly executed by Abe despite feeling crumby. As for me, I loosened up (aided by some leg swings at the halfway point) and felt pretty good throughout despite the Avocado trauma from yesterday. By the end, I was wishing I had time to extend the run. ...So good to run with a former 3rd grader who is so fit.
