Hey, it was warmer today. Still really wet though. took my dog for a little over half a mile up Coy Glen and Westhaven, then back home. First half was all uphill. Was going to run longer, like maybe get a workout in on the track, but in order to do that I would've had to run down to IHS. That would've taken too long, as I have a lot of homework right now. Instead, I did 20 minutes on the stair master at the hardest setting, then some lifting, then plyometrics.
