Cass w/hills

Comments:
Did a cass for the first time in a little bit. Yukki stuck right up there with us. Came back through the commons and then we hit up some hills going up to the cement art. Felt good, I could really feel the knee drive going up the hill. I can't wait for more hill workout because they really burn and test your ability to go through pain. Finished with a cooldown and some good abs, then I did some hip stuff.
