Weather: 80 and hot

Comments:
Ran while at MOSO indoor track meet! 80 and sunny and windy out so I hit the XC course. Ran 16:00 up and then got through 7 x 1:00 on/1:00 off. Struggled bad after about 4-5 and stopped twice. Finished easy. Loved the warm air and sun but made the run hard.
Hit my head last night on basketball goal and may have a slight concussion.
