Comments:
Ran a track workout. Did Joanna's workout with her then added on 5 more 200's solo.
Struggled when I ran alone. Legs tired and just feel heavy. Hard pool workout yesterday.

2 x 600 w/200 jog - 2:30 total rest
then 10 x 200 with 100 walk rest @1:30 or so
