XC Day 97

Comments:
Race day today...Bville is not going to Mcquaid so that sucks but we have a better chance to win now and I have a better chance to come top 10...need to stay with Col my race plan is to go our a little harder than usual (5:05ish) and then surge with him during the second mile and hang on in the third as well as taking the hills up really hard.
Did a morning run for 3 miles.
