Played some basketball outside, then came in and did weights. I'm really not sure why I keep logging if I'm not even enjoying running anymore, although I wish I were.

3x20 overhead dumbbell press (25 total lbs.)
30 bicep curls, both arms at once (25 total lbs.)
60 leg lifts
100 total cherry-pickers
60 crunches
31 pushups
2x20 squats (30 total lbs.)
Plyometric box jumping
