Got to our resort in Mexico today, and tried to get in some light lifting and abs in the fitness center, and also ran around the resort a little. I might try to run on the beach tomorrow, or at least around the resort. I'm still not sure how I feel about resorts. I mean, the accommodations are nice, but sometimes it feels to fabricated to me. Anyway:
20 overhead dumbbell press (30 total lbs.)
20 overhead dumbbell press (20 total lbs.)
30 bicep curls, both arms at once (20 total lbs.)
2x15 squats (40 total lbs.)
60 leg lifts
120 total cherry-pickers
