Comments:
Ran from house. South to Farm Road 182 and East to Sexton(142) took North all the way to Republic. Left and up to grass park behind Sonic. two laps and then west to Wal mart Road. Trail of Tears trail and through neighborhood home. Pushed in some places and got up the big hills the first 25:00 good. A good run.
