Fartlek

Comments:
Today was a fartlek workout for those not going to the meet on Saturday. We did the team warm up then headed up to where we did the fartleks in Cayuga heights for cross going up Remington. I couldn't do that workout so I was happy to do this workout. We would go at around tempo pace for 3 minutes then jog for 2 minutes 5 times. The recovery would have the hill in it sometimes so it was like we weren't even getting a recovery some reps. I felt really good during this workout and was pushing each rep a little harder each time. Each one we would make it a little further. I didn't feel very fatigued at all and at the end, we ended on the hill and I pushed really hard to get up and over it. Our cooldown was back down the hill then I added on a little more mileage.
