Comments:
The training schedule said to walk 5 minutes, run hard for 20 minutes, and walk 5 minutes. I could not run hard for 20 minutes. I took a 2 minute break after 10 minutes and ran the rest. I will not be able to run the 8.5 mile on Saturday. I will try to run 40 minutes (hopefully 4 miles).
