Comments:
Had to go all the way to Windsor again for a 50 second race. We got there and Silas raced, he is much better than the guy who beat him just in a different race environment and pace. Next we warmed up for our event. When we got to the line there was only one other team in our heat. It felt kind pointless and like we could run much faster in the fast heat. The race got out and it felt like I was in a glorified workout. I was going all out but there was no one near me and it was dead quiet. Noah said the clock was at 51 when I got through so that is a pretty good time for me and that time is finally coming down, I'm looking for 50 next week. We won our heat by a ton and it just felt kinda like BS. I got in a long cooldown afterward to make sure we got in some decent mileage.
