Comments:
Today's workout was 5x600 starting at around mile pace and dropping to 800 pace. We had to start this workout early so we didn't get much of a warmup in beforehand. Next, we did some quick strides and started the workout. The first one we went out a little too slow, about 70 then we closed too slow also, I tried to get around but I was boxed in. The next one I started it out, we went out in 32 which was too fast then I was right on pace then I closed in 30, hitting 1:38 which was a perfect time but unevenly paced. The next one Noah took it but it felt very slow for me and I was stuck behind everyone so I went out into lane 3 to pass, I didn't mean to pick it up so much but it just happened then I closed. I relinquished my pacing duties to Silas from then on. The next one I felt god awful, and I was just holding on. The last one we started and my legs felt like tight but warm they felt great and I was just filled with confidence, it was like my legs were telling men that I was good to go. I went out behind Silas like I was supposed to the I closed fairly hard, I had a lot more left once I finished but I just felt so damn good, it was the biggest second wind I think I have ever had. Finished with a cooldown then lifting
