"Faster" Day

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Sunny and 60ish

Comments:
Last time I will attempt to "run fast" before the marathon.

I ran from home around 4:30pm after work and did an animal farm loop. I ran 20 minutes of the loop to warm up then went right into 3 by 10 mins at 10k-like pace with 5 minutes of regular running between each. Ran 20 minutes to cool down. Had to run a loop in the woods in the end because I got back to my house right after the last 10 minute. I thought it would be good to not break the warm up and recovery so it felt more like a regular run with 30 minutes of 10k pace mixed in. Total time was 80 minutes...not sure of the exact distance.
