Weather: Light clouds, cool. No breeze
Comments:
Did the beach and back run again this afternoon. A bit long to do twice in a week, but I figure I'm resting well, and how often do I get the chance to run to the seashore? Remembered the timer today and was very happy with the result. Remembering to work the downhill is paying off.
