It's been a while...

I took a break from my break from running (which was longer than I originally intended). I've been lifting and doing abs, and overall just staying active though. Playing a lot of basketball too (I'm doing the RRBL, starting this Friday). Attending morning practices would be difficult for me because I'm interning at the Ithaca Times this summer. Anyway, ran from my house on West Hill, all the way to the purple exercise station across the inlet from Island. Did some pull ups, and a little bit of plyos. On the way back, I started to feel pretty miserable. The last part was really hilly, so it slowed down my pace a lot. The whole run wasn't enjoyable at all. That's mainly because I haven't run even that far in a while.

Still haven't made up my mind about XC yet...
