Weather: 5:30 am and 70 and humid!

Comments:
Met Danielle Dingham at the Glendale Track.
1.5 miles up and then 5 x 800 w/400 jog between all but one. Ran most in 2:52-2:58 and struggled so so bad for some reason! Not feeling good at all the past few days, but did this one to help her out before her Regional Triathlon Championships. Did 1.5 miles down for 6.5 on the day!
