Re-Started the P90X today, figured it was a good time to start doing the log again too (just realized i havent P90Xed since i last did the log).


-First day running without the knee-wrap, had no trouble, just took it easy today cus that last time we ran on Savage was when i got the knee problem, i'll wear it tommorow anyway just in case during the workout.

P90X: Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X (Yes another ab workout, i'm currently in pain...haha im so stupid)
