Comments:
First few felt pretty bad, wasn't well warmed up or hydrated. I had a side stitch the whole time but it got progressively better. Wind kept the times slow. Used the Aaron Focht philosophy, run the 2nd to last one like its your last. Worked pretty well I thought. Lap of recovery between each. Getting Pumped for Saturday!
