Lifted today! My hip was acting up during the warmup, so I did one lap and after lifting I rolled. I felt pretty good on the flats, my hip was tight, not painful, but on the uphill in giles it started to act up. At that point, me and a few other boiz went straight back to do a normal giles. The drills didn't feel awful, but the strides certainly did. Any steep hill or pace above 6:00 makes my hip hurt. I stretched, did abs, and iced.
