Comments:
Tried to keep it easy today due to pain in the left calf and soleus. I biked a lot on Wednesday (and Friday), but decided to try a slow, steady jog with the team today out and back to Chevy Chase Circle along Western and Wisc. Seemed to help loosen up the calf some, but it was still very tight.
