Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
(reps not accurate because running log is stupid) (I did 8, B knows the times) After much haranguing by Silas I am going to start logging again. The warmup felt aight, my right it band felt tight, but I stretched it and it felt better. My first 3 reps were good, I stuck right with the rest of the pack, but after that I started falling back by a stride or two. Overall, I did feel fast though. The first hammer I just felt super dead from the start, but I did manage to still cook it. I think I did lose focus on reps 4-6, but on my second hammer I just kind of ignored the pain and stuck with Noah until the very end. My last rep was slow, but we packed up nicely so at least that was good. I still have a gap that needs to be closed, but every workout I am getting closer and closer. Also, I ran alongside Ben for quite a few reps, and we seem to be at similar fitness levels, so hopefully we can push each other during esm and do really well. Overall a good, very tough, workout.
